Hi! We recently upgraded our OJS version in our localhost; then we wanted it to transfer to the live server, where a not upgraded version of the OJS is installed. Does the upgraded version work in the live server without changing the database? Or should we also change the database we use during the upgrade of the OJS? Hopefully, will someone could clarify this! Thank you! have a good day!

The database of your live server will also need to be upgraded. You cannot use a new version of the OJS code with an old version of the database.
