Do not use reCaptcha if you have authors from Mainland China

Hi,

after configuring our journal with reCaptcha for user registration, I have hit the wall of being unable to register authors from Mainland China – because, at it seems, the global Chinese firewall simply blocks out Google [1]. I fist thought that it is an configuration issue, but it is as simple as that. I am now reverting the captcha back to the original simple one provided by OJS.
