Disable peer review workflow

Hi, I’m wondering if it is possible to disable the peer review workflow entirely for a journal, and allow its editors to simply upload accepted articles and enter metadata directly. It’s a journal that is migrating to our service, they have an established process already, and are not interesterd in changing.

I’m not finding previous questions like this, or docs on the issue.

By the way, I know you can choose to skip review for a submitted article, but it’s still a lot of extra clicking around for the uploader to skip review. Would be lovely to be able to just turn it off.

Yes, you can use quicksubmit plugin for this purpose.

Exactly, I also do the same way for journals with these cases.
