I’m the new journal manager for the Community Literacy Journal, and one of the publications in our archives has an article with two broken PDF links. We’ve been trying to remove them for some time. I was told that there was an error when attempting to upload the first two links, but the third one works just fine. Any idea on how to delete the two broken links?

Hi @delashalong,
You should be able to delete the broken files by going into the submission’s workflow as Editor, finding its Layout page, and removing the broken entries under Galleys.
Note that OJS 2.4.4-1 is extremely old – I’d strongly recommend upgrading.

Thanks for the recommend. Attempting to someone to assist us with upgrading by the end of Fall. We’ve been pushing to get the system updated for quite a while now, but the journal is going through some changes at the moment.
