Hello
I have OJS 3.1.2.4 and had some problem with email (can not send any email) but finally was solved and then I tried the solution to be sure about it, so I assigned myselft some manuscripts to review and reject. It worked all very well, but now I can not assign the files to other reviewers, since I am blocked or do not have rights, even as administrator.

You may want to check your roles setting to see if you have the appropriate roles assigned to be able to assign reviews: Chapter 10: Users and Roles
I will note, however, that the version of OJS that you’re using is no longer supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS, as it is possible that your issue will be resolved by upgrading. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.

I read other post and found a solution editing web address, not the best option but it worked and solved my problem.
I can not upgrading more than 3.1.2.4 (19 megas). I tried to upgrade to 3.3 (49 megas) several times but no success at all, Anyway, thanks for your time and knowledge shared.
