Decline submission button is missing

Same submission is showing in both My Queue and in Active Submissions
All three buttons
Decline Submission
Sent to Review
Accept Submission
are missing
Please help me in this regard

Can you please indicate which version of OJS you’re using (e.g. 3.3.0-14) and perhaps you could include a screenshot illustrating what you’re seeing?

the account that you use maybe somehow is related to the article so you cannot manage the article… try login as to different editor account and see the details…
