i have tried all the ways i found online to fix this issue but could not anybody can help to update me to new version.

Apache >= 1.3.2x or >= 2.0.4x or Microsoft IIS 6
Operating system: Any operating system that supports the above software, including Linux, BSD, Solaris, Mac OS X, Windows
Update Order:
OJS 2.x to OJS 2.4.8-4
OJS 2 to OJS 3.0.2
OJS 3.0.2 to 3.1.2-4
OJS 3.1.2-4 to 3.3.0.8
Each of them may have different requirements.
