Database error during upgrade from OJS-2.4.3.0 to OJS-2.4.8-1

I was trying to upgrade my OJS-2.4.3.0 to OJS-2.4.8-1 and I got "a database error has occurred: Duplicate key name ‘signoff_symbolic’ " message.

Please can someone help me.

Hi @Ijsshr_Journal,

Are you using the command-line upgrade tool? If so, can you post the full output you receive?
If not, can you try using the command-line upgrade tool instead of the web-based one?

If you’re re-trying an upgrade after an upgrade failure, don’t forget to restore from backup before you try again.
