Customizing OJS to the needs of the disabled

Hi:)

Is it possible to adjust the OJS website to the needs of the disabled people?

What steps should be taken?

We’re using Open Journal Systems 3.1.2.4.

Please see the PKP Accessibility statement here: OJS 3.3+ Default Theme Accessibility Statement

Much work has been done recently around accessibility (and these changes are reflected largely in version 3.3, so an upgrade is recommended), although some barriers and ongoing work remains (as noted in the statement).
