Customizing image and text with tinymce

Hello i have installed tinyMCE editor in my ojs 2.4.7 developed in my local host xaamp.

I can upload image but i cant decide where i want to write text around The image.
Someone can help me? I dont know how can i make changes in this way.

I cant to upgrade tinyMCE via ojs because i see The command tar…correctly configure inc.php…
