After upgrading OJS from 3.1.2 to 3.3.0-6, custom items in the sidebar were deactivated (and moved to the bottom of the sidebar item list in “Website Settings > Setup”).
Is this expected behaviour?

Can you take a look and see if the response posted here works to resolve the issue?

it doesn’t look like the same issue. First, we haven’t got all the warnings and second, the custom block names don’t contain any non-letters. They were simply Help and About. However, what’s remarkable: during upgrade these custom blocks weren’t only deactivated but also the names were converted to all lowercase help and about.
