After upgrading OJS to version 3.2.1.1, when trying to notify an author of a decision, custom emails in the “predefined messages” list are shown with blank subject and blank body although they can be found and edited in settings-> workflow-> emails-> email templates as shown in the attached images. There are no errors in console or error log.

Yes. After upgrading from 3.1.1.4 to 3.2.1.1.
