Custom block manager doesn't show content input [OJS3.2.1-1]

I have a problem on a magazine portal. It happens that when I want to edit or create content in the “custom block manager”, the application does not show me the content field.

I created a new magazine “to test”, and there was no problem there, but the other magazines do have the same problem.

Apache log logs show nothing about it.

I’d suggest checking your web browser’s error console to see if anything shows up there. If you think you might have cached javascript from an upgrade, try flushing your browser cache to see if that resolves the problem.
