Crossreff deposit problem

I couldn’t find an answer to my problem. If It could be a similar subject about the issue, I am sorry that. I have a problem with import/export with Crossref. When I tried an article to deposit, a Notification window pop up:

“Registration was not fully successful! The DOI registration server returned an error.”

Following that, I checked the error log, I saw a problem related to the Plugin as seen below. How can solve the problem?

What OJS version are you using?
If you try to only export that submission DOI, do you get any (validation) errors?

I used OJS 3.2.1.2 version. Yes, I had a problem when I would like to export that submission DOI. However, I solved my problem, the problem emerged from my Crossref sponsor due to configuration settings.
