CROSS: OMP user create/auth/update features

Hi all,

Maybe whos can explain howto create/update user and assign role programmatically in PKP (OMP)? Some template/skeleton with required steps/classes.

Howto change the “affiliation” text field to select list in user register form? Maybe the PKP(OMP) has some forms API (like drupal for example)?  :)
