Creating the role of 'User Manager'

Hi,I want a creat a role of user manager with access to User Managment menu only (Enroll/Update/Delete/Password change). Please advise if it is possible and how?

There’s no way to do this without a fair amount of coding, but why not simply grant Journal Manager accounts to the user you want to manage your enrollment? If you’re giving them the ability to create e.g.new Journal Managers, then you’re handing them the keys anyway.
