Apologies if I’m missing something, but is there a way to create new permission levels for a journal in OJS-3?
I see how new roles can be created, but they can only be assigned to pre-defined permission levels. I am looking for a way to give aspiring new editors to our journal read-only access to the publication workflow, and would like to create a new role with read-only permissions.
Is this possible at all?
