My colleague has uploaded the cover photo for a future issue on OJS and the photo does not show in the preview. We are using a jpg file and the pixel size is the same as the previous issue. Is it a file type or size issue? May it be something else? Thanks you for your help.

The version we are running is 2.4.5. It seems the site will not create the
file the image source anchor is referencing.

If you’re having trouble uploading the file, I’d suggest double-checking your file permissions in the public/ subdirectory, and ensure that the file doesn’t exceed your server’s configured upload limits.
