Hi @karvind08,

Have a look at the following templates:

  • lib/pkp/templates/common/userDetails.tpl
  • lib/pkp/templates/user/identityForm.tpl

However, I don’t recommend changing those fields – they were chosen according to W3C recommendations on personal naming around the world; diverging from those fields will probably cause users to force data into fields in unexpected ways, and you’d also have to make sure third-party standards and interactions (ORCID, CrossRef, etc) were operating well with your changes.
