A number of submissions have corrupted files, with file sizes showing 0kb. This is not common, but occasionally, all files associated with a submission are present but empty.
Some of these would have passed the review process, so we are sure that the authors would have not done anything wrong.
I have looked in the submissions folder, and indeed they are empty. I find a good copy in a folder named ‘query’, but the ‘submission’ and ‘review’ are corrupted.
I was using OJS 3.1.0.3.3, but have just updated to OJS 3.3.0.14. These issues were before the update.
