we are deployed V. 3.5 on our installation and most feature are working correctly and we are pleased with it. However, there is a huge huge problem with the correspondence!!!
we find no logic to the new correspondence settings and we are urgently asking any of your any indications on how to manage existing correspondence, how the new release organizes letters, where it is possible to make changes.
Some of our challenges?
All messages we receive from the system are displayed as “from editorial@…” which is our email from address, we no longer receive them "from editor_name/reviewer_name via AboutScience", this means we do not know who is writing to us;
Users creating a discussion are offered a large selection of letters, most of which are not pertinent for them;
We are very concerned because this is a one journal installation, but we are due to deploy the new version 3.5 on a multi-journal installation and it would be hell!
Any, any advice will be most welcome!
