'controlled_vocab_symbolic' Error upgrading from 3.0.2 to 3.2.0-3

Hello.

Upgrading from 3.0.2 version to 3.2.0-3 this error is showed:

ERROR: Upgrade failed: DB: Duplicate entry ‘submissionSubject-1048588-900’ for key ‘controlled_vocab_symbolic’

Is it possible that this database has already undergone an upgrade which failed, and then another upgrade was attempted without first restoring the database from backup?
