problem
need to configure email. Do we need to reinstall OJS?

Steps I took leading up to the issue

  1. Authors and reviewers are not receiving emails.
  2. We are checking this issue: To find out more about email within the OJS user interface, see Learning OJS 3… Sending Mail #. By default, PHPMailer will send mail through PHP’s built-in mail() facility… On Windows, PHP needs to be configured to send email through a SMTP server (running either on the same machine or on another machine).

What application are you using?
OJS 3.3.0-7
