Configuration wizad "The current role has no access to this operation"

I am using OJS 3.3.0.13, when I try to access the Configuration Wizard of a journal it says I don’t have the role (but I am the Admin and Journal Manager). For another journal I can access the Configuration Wizard with no problems.
This is a multisite installation.

hi all, now i can login to administration system in Firefox, and everything works properly. it is resolved by set the “session_check_ip” option in config.inc.php to “Off”.

Please feel free to delete this if it is not allowed, but I spent the entire day yesterday trying to debug my new installation, and I found a solution, so I wanted to post it here in case it might help someone else. I thought there were a bunch of problems with the installation because I was getting a bunch of different errors, depending on what I clicked on. Could you give those a try and see if they make a difference?

I @rcgillis, thank you for your answer. I tried to set session_check_ip to Off, eliminate all cookies in my browser, cleared the cache in OJS, but nothing is changed, unfortunately. I don’t think is the firewall because I am on Ubuntu and I don’t have a firewall installed.

I don’t know if I have to check other things.
