I am using OJS 3.3.0.13, when I try to access the Configuration Wizard of a journal it says I don’t have the role (but I am the Admin and Journal Manager). For another journal I can access the Configuration Wizard with no problems.
This is a multisite installation.
I @rcgillis, thank you for your answer. I tried to set session_check_ip to Off, eliminate all cookies in my browser, cleared the cache in OJS, but nothing is changed, unfortunately. I don’t think is the firewall because I am on Ubuntu and I don’t have a firewall installed.
Thank you for giving that a try. I’m not sure what more to suggest at this point, but I will see if some of my colleagues can suggest something to try next.
