Config.inc.php ayuda!

Hola amigos, instale OJS 3.1.1-1 con xampp en localhost,
migre a un servidor web, instale la base de datos, cargue los archivos en /public y modifique los valores de config.ini.php:
cuando intento ingresar me da este error:

There are no readable files in this directory tree. Are safe mode or open_basedir active?

sospecho que es necesario redirigir las direcciones de acuerdo al nuevo dominio, pero no se como hacerlo.

Note that your files_dir should not be web-accessible, and it appears from your configuration file that it is – that’s a risky configuration. See docs/README under “Recommended Configuration”. This is also noted on the configuration form and in the configuration file.

Hola!! He instalado varias veces el OJS 2 y 3, OMP 3 tanto en XAMPP como en servidores linux (compartidos y dedicados).
La verdad XAMP siempre da problemas de ese tipo. Posiblemente sea un detalle con los permisos de las carpetas, cuestiones que en linux son mucho mas fáciles. Te recomiendo usar un hosting rentado, aunque si he podido hacer que OJS corra en windows con xampp, vas a invertir un buen de tiempo.

Hola, revisa bien tu nuevo directorio, porque esta variable
files_dir = “C:/xampp/htdocs/ojs/files”
está apuntando a la que usabas en tu computadora, y no es la del servidor.

Y quizás por el momento no te marque un error, pero esta variable
base_url = “http://localhost/ojs”
tienes que ponerle o la ip o el nombre de dominio del servidor.
