Hola amigos, instale OJS 3.1.1-1 con xampp en localhost,
migre a un servidor web, instale la base de datos, cargue los archivos en /public y modifique los valores de config.ini.php:
cuando intento ingresar me da este error:
There are no readable files in this directory tree. Are safe mode or open_basedir active?
sospecho que es necesario redirigir las direcciones de acuerdo al nuevo dominio, pero no se como hacerlo.
