Conceal private documents previously published in the galley

Describe the issue or problem
It appears that, for some reason, private documents (used in the review process) were included in several published issues of our journal.

Upon examining a published issue, the following can be observed:

In this example, everything that is not PDF or EPUB should not be visible.

Is there an easy way to hide items from an issue without manually going through each one and unpublishing¹, hiding, and republishing them?

Perhaps something that can be modified directly in the database to keep only PDF, EPUB, and/or SUPPL files visible.

Hmmm… I don’t think there is an easy way of doing this. I think you’d have to do this individually for the galleys that were made public. But others may have some suggestions for how to go about this
