Despite attempting to submit an article through the online submission system, I have encountered errors and difficulties in completing the submission process. The submission system is not user-friendly and lacks clear instructions, resulting in confusion and frustration.

As an academic who relies on your platform to submit articles for publication, I am disappointed with the functionality of the submission system. I would appreciate it if you could take steps to improve the submission system’s functionality and user experience, ensuring that it is reliable and user-friendly.
