Clear mailing queue

Hi,
OJS 3.3.0.10

Just published a new issue. My OJS is sending empty mails.
Before I explore what is going on, I would like to stop OJS sending whatever mails are still pending. (Usually takes about two days to complete massive mailing notifications)

¿Is there a way to cancel the mailing process?

Hi @jascanio

There isn’t a way to clear the queue from within OJS. You’d need to probably ask your systems admin to stop the mail daemon on your server and then use whatever tool is appropriate to clear out the outgoing mail.
