Hi, recently I’ve noticed that all the files I upload to the journal I manage are duplicated in folder “submission” in each article ID.
Can I delete all the “submission” folders?? (Of course, leaving “public” folder)

Generally, OJS serves the articles from the files_dir instead of the public dir. This is done to track usage and ensure security.
Files may be duplicated within the submission workflow to track revision history as the article goes through review and copyediting and etc. Generally, disk space is so cheap that this duplication is inconsequential. What is your interest in deleting the files?
