Changing Issues Archive Layout

Hi,
How are you ? I hope everything is OK with you.
Please advice me How to modify me issues archive layout.
I need to list details of each paper in each issue like the way as shown in the accompanying picture
Please advice me as soon as you could. I have a OJS 2.4.6.
I appreciate your fast response.

In the journal setup step 5.2 http://pkp.sfu.ca/ojs/docs/userguide/2.3.3/journalManagementSetup5.html you can add the table of contents to the current issue.
