I’ve seen several descriptions that with categories defined they could be used for searching:
“Categories should be used in conjunction with the Browse Block, which can be activated at Website Settings > Appearance > Setup > Sidebar.”
But I do not see that option on my admin settings/journal/categories page.

Hi @guthrie,
Try these steps:
- Go to Settings > Website > Plugins, and enable the “Browse Block” plugin
- Go to Settings > Website > Appearance (on the top bar) > Setup (on the left-hand side) and click the checkbox beside “Browse Block” . (If you don’t see it, try reloading the page.) Save the form.
- You should see the list of categories on e.g. the journal homepage’s sidebar.
