Can't see articles in workflow after upgrade

After upgrade to OJS 3.1.1, I cannot see any articles in the work-flow process at all

When I log in the Journal home page is as it should be and all of the articles are visible and accessible. Clicking the title opens the abstract, and clicking “PDF” opens the complete article, as it should.

When I open my “Dashboard”, then open submissions, I cannot see any articles. All pull-downs are empty
• My Queue has nothing
• Unassigned has nothing
• All active has nothing
• Archives has nothing

I logged in with other identitities to see if it is just me with the same result.

Check your PHP error log (and browser error console) for details.

Also try to clear the cache of the browser (ctrl + f5 in Chrome) while on that page. I suppose there were changes in JS there.

I had this issue after upgrading to 3.1.1-2 and clearing my browser’s cache was all it took to get the submissions back.
