Can't input text in text boxes

Hi, I run widescreenjournal and for some reason, all of a sudden I can’t type or paste text in some of the text boxes, like the one where I would put the abstract, or the bio statement. Can you tell me how to fix this.

Check your browser’s console log for details.

Hi, I am using 2.4.3.0. I know it is outdated, but I don’t know how to update it and I just released a new issue, so I don’t want to experiment just yet.

The other problem is that the system isn’t letting me change the homepage image. It keeps uploading an older image, and I am not being able to add an image to any additional text either. It seems the upload plugin justboil.me isn’t working or doesn’t exist anymore.

Can you please help me with this.

Hi @Kuhu_Tanvir,

Check your browser’s error console on a page where you expect to see the rich HTML editor. Also, could you post a screenshot of what you see there?

As for the upload issue, can you post that as a new topic? It’ll help to keep the forum organized.
