Can't delete 'Copyedited' after migration to 3.1.1-2

Dear all,
after successfully migrating a large journal to OJS 3.1.1-2 we only have the problem, that we wan’t to move files from copyedited (where they falsely ended) to draft files.
Unfortunately after uploading this file we can’t delete the copyedited file, the function is missing:
cant_delete

Do you know how to solve this?

our editors stumbled again over this problem: why is it not possible to delete files, which are (falsely) uploaded under copyedited? bug or feature?

Agreed – and easily enough fixed. See Permit deletions from the Copyedited grid · Issue #4200 · pkp/pkp-lib · GitHub for details and a patch. (Both commits are equivalent, just applied to different branches.)
