I am unable to enter metadata information for paperback/hardcover versions of our books. All the dropdowns are blank.
Can’t see anything in the logs.
What application are you using?

Is this OJS or OMP? I’m guessing it’s OMP.
This should be captured in the logs, but the most common cause for this is that your PHP environment is missing the XSL module. Try installing that, then flushing your data cache.
