Cannot submit registration or password reset forms

Hi.
I have a newly installed OJS 3.2 site.

Users are not able to register and I’m not able to reset password. Submitting form data fails.

I’m getting the following error in the browser upon submission:

The form could not be submitted. You may have been logged out. Please reload the page and try again.

The only thing I can find in the logs is a seemingly ok post message:

“POST /index.php/journal/user/register HTTP/1.1” 200

Hi @Tim_Fluhr,

Do you see anything relevant in your PHP error log? Are you using a custom theme or something similar?

I know this is an old thread. Just an update. I was able to resolve this and it was a php configuration on the server end at fault. I can’t remember the exact problem. Sorry! Just wanted to add that this wasn’t a pkp bug.
