I have a press, and have made a series. I have uploaded all files and readied the book to be published - I’ve “sent the files to production”. I cannot, however, achieve this:
“Awaiting approval. The monograph will not be listed in the catalog until a catalog entry has been created. To add this book to the catalog, click on the Catalog Entry above and find the Catalog tab.”
When I fill in the Catalog tab and press save, nothing happens - the circle indicating process just keeps spinning. Forever. I would appreciate any help.

I found the answer with the help of colleagues - if I replaced the JPG-cover picture with a PNG-cover picture, I could save the entry. I still don’t know why, but it worked.
