Cannot login to OJS

I cannot login to my OJS. When I try, it shows:
" Incorrect OpenID plugin configuration!
There is no OpenID Provider configured!
Please report this to your technical support."

Then,
I choose the link: " Managers and support staff can sign in via this [link] to solve this issue." The system reveals this: "Invalid username or password. Please try again. ".

Can anyone help me out this?

I just solved it my self by change it to “session_check_ip = Off” after reading some involved topics. Thanks.
