Cannot Install QuickSubmit & Manuscript (Default child theme)

I try to install QuickSubmit & Manuscript (Default child theme) under Plugin Gallery.

After i press 'Install" and OK button, nothing happen.

Please help

OJS 3.1.0.0 was released with the plugin gallery files missing. Please see this topic for more information and options for fixing it.
