Cannot download original file after update 3.02

I have can’t download original file author upload in ojs series 2.4xx after update to ojs 3.02. I have login as editor. After click menu submission n click this file in screen notification 500 internal server error. So what from solution step by step ?

Hi @Ariev_Archerys,

Check your PHP log to see if there are details there. When you ran the upgrade process, were there any error messages? When you check your version of OJS in the Administration area, what version does it report?

Message ​error when manage the journal in ojs version 3.02 not processing updating ojs . Ojs Version in administration is 3.02 (after update from 2.4 xx series)

I can’t find error log php , how I checked find log php error in my ojs 3.02 ?

This will depend on your hosting provider’s configuration, but typically it’ll be in a file called error_log somewhere in your account.
