Hi!

someone have some information. $$$call$$$ is been blocked by firewall, so OJS dont work well.

Hi @luismurillo,

You’ll need to configure your firewall so it doesn’t cause problems when OJS uses URLs like this. Generally you can identify the single rule by looking in the firewall’s log, and adjust or disable the rule.

Hi @luismurillo,

This is something outside of OJS – you’ll probably need to talk to your service provider. The details will depend on what firewall software they’re using, and how they’ve set it up.
