Bootstrap Theme OJS 3, Issue disappear

good day;

i need to ask about bootstrap theme. i have install bootstrap theme download from here : GitHub - NateWr/bootstrap3: A community-built theme for OJS 3 that implements Bootstrap 3 components.

my problem is, i apply and all issue disappear. i turn back to default theme all work well.

where is the problem?

Changing theme sometimes requires clearing cache.
