Blank page on some articles

Hello everyone,

I got a strange issue (or at least seems to me) in one of the journal there is couple of issue that when I click on one of them the issue page render ok but when I click on any article, the page of the article doesn’t render properly, it only shows the header and the rest of the page is blank. The rest of the articles of others issue work ok.

I try to unplublish and publish only the article also only the issue and also the issue first and then the article but the problem is still there.

I’m working on a OJS 3.3.0.14 and php 7.4.33

Try and see if you have messed database collations between installations.

Hi @nacho,

You can try applying this change to see if it changes things. But this would mostly apply to previews of unpublished content, and I’m not sure that’s what you’re working with.

Sorry for the delay on the reply, I’ve been out somedays. I tried what you tell me but it didn’t work; at the end I create a new issue and move the articles to the new issue publish it and the work.
