Blank page at quick submit

Hi,
I allways used the quick submit pluginn. But since 3.1.1.1 it does not work anymore. Instead I reveive a blank page and I get the following error

I have no idea what to do. Can anyone help me with this?

Have you checked if this “Failed opening required” file exists and has right permissions in your system?

Thanks! Indeed, this file was missing. And this lead me to this thread
[3.1.1-1] QuickSubmit doesn't work Error 500 and it solved the problem.
