Hi all
after transfering website from one server to another, our
website arjournals.org (created with OJS) display blank page. I check
error_log file , but nothing is there, can you anyone please help to
solve the error

It may be that the location of the error_log itself has moved on the new system, and thus you’re not seeing the error messages.
Another way to see the error messages is to turn on “display_errors” in config.inc.php. Does that print the error to the screen?
