Best way to keep emailTemplates updated between versions?

Hi all,

One of the last journals I need to upgrade personalized a lot of emailTemplates…
When I upgrade to a new version, my old emailTemplates are keep (nice) but not updated (new templates are missing).

My workflow here is:

  1. Remove templates tables content.
  2. Ensure emailTemplate file is in the right place.
  3. Reset emailTemplates to let OJS regenerate the content.

After this… the old content is missed and I took the old DB backup and I cut&paste the modified ones to the OJS interface to redo the missing work.

So I’m sure any of you found a better way facilitate the upgrade process, don’t you?

If nobody else complains about emailTemplates upgrades we can forget this post.
