In OJS 2 there was an option of copying the editorial decision to the reviewers. Where can I find this on OJS 3.0.1. ?

In OJS3 it is not possible. Although some few requests are open about it, it is not yet in major requirements or even in concrete planing. But we will keep looking into in community requests about features and needs.
