Backing up OJS to DuraCloud

How do I backup our OJS instance to DuraCloud? Is there documentation on how to do it? Thanks

Hi @larryhansard,

There is a DuraCloud plugin for OJS – but what is your intention to use it for? The DuraCloud plugin deposits published content, but that’s not the same as e.g. a system backup.

Hi @larryhansard,

What do you mean by “entire content” – published articles and their metadata? Journal settings? Issues? In-progress (not yet published) articles?

?It would not be the journal settings just the published and in-progress articles.

Hi @larryhansard,

If you go to Journal Management > Import/Export Data > DuraCloud Import/Export Plugin, you can connect to your DuraCloud installation, and select and move the content you want to import or export. Have you gotten that far? Where are you getting stuck?
