Automatic sending of editorial activity by month

Hi.

My version OJS is 3.1.1.0.

I would like to know how I can modify so that the monthly summaries of editorial activity only reach certain registered users on my platform.

Please note that the version of OJS that you’re using is no longer supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS, as it is possible that your issue will be resolved by upgrading. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.

Hello.

We cannot afford to update OJS at this time, could someone help us so that those automatic report emails are not sent to registered users?

We cannot currently change the version, is there an alternative? Since we want this notice to not reach certain profiles.
