Hello everyone we run a journal system and I currently run version 3…3.0.13 and I have published about 4 different volumes, am about to publish the 5th volume, while authors have started submission for volume 6 we currently have about 28 Submitted articles but since then we have been having complaints of getting stuck at the stage 3 of the submission process, please what is the solution to this. i have checked the error log but nothing is recorded there

Can you provide more details on what is happening at this stage? I see the wheel spinning in the screenshot - is this just stalling and preventing anyone from proceeding with the submission.

Okay, thank you for clarifying. With issues like this, typically something is happening behind the scenes, which is then indicated in the PHP error log. But as you indicate, there are no messages in your error log. I would encourage you to check again to see if you see any error messages in your PHP Error log, because if not, there may be not much to go on to be able to assist you in troubleshooting this issue.

Hi @Amolowe2021,
I spoke with one of our developers about this who suggested the following:
" I’d suggest asking him whether he has the plagiarism plugin installed and enabled. If so, he should try disabling it to see if that fixes the issue."
And
“He is receiving error messages from his ISP saying that his account is sending out too much email, and he should resolve that, but I’m not sure that’s what’s causing the exact problem he’s experiencing about the submission process.”
